    Choose the profile and grid in Swatch. Arrange photos, refine crops and prepare your caption.

  2. 2 · Continue on either screen

    Open the same profile and grid on your iPhone, or download the finished photos from the dashboard. Check your latest changes have arrived.

  3. 3 · Choose the Instagram account

    Switch to the intended account in Instagram, select your photos in order and paste your caption. Publish there, then mark the post as posted in Swatch.

Swatch's profile labels help you organise your work. They don't sign in to Instagram or switch its active account.

Common questions

The things photographers ask before they swatch.

Do I need an Instagram login?

No. Swatch doesn't access your Instagram account. Plan privately, then choose the right account in Instagram and publish yourself. The desktop dashboard uses an Apple Account sign-in for iCloud.

Does the grid match Instagram's real proportions?

Swatch previews your profile in a three-column grid with 3:4 tiles. Check the crop and final preview in Instagram before publishing; Instagram controls how the finished post appears.

What happens to my free grid if I don't upgrade?

Nothing. Your first grid stays yours, free, on your device. Pro adds more grids and accounts, Grids and Frames, seamless Panoramas, supported on-device caption suggestions and the desktop dashboard beta.

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase: $9.99 USD, with local pricing shown by Apple. There is no Swatch subscription. Offline planning is available on iPhone; desktop and sync need an internet connection.
