Plain language, because the relationship is simple: you use Swatch to plan your feed, and Swatch stays out of your way.

The short version

Swatch is a planning tool provided as-is. Your plans and photos are yours and stay on your device. There's no account to terminate and no data for us to hold. Use it for lawful purposes and you're set.

Your content

Anything you add to Swatch (photos, captions, palettes, grids) remains entirely yours. We claim no rights over it and never receive a copy of it.

Payment

Swatch is free to download. A one-time purchase unlocks full use, handled through the platform's app store and subject to that store's purchase and refund terms. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

No warranty

Swatch is provided without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but you're responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.

Acceptable use

Don't use Swatch to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights. That's the whole list.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated date above will change with them. Continuing to use Swatch means you accept the current version.
